Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen, with breakfast bar for 4 persons, ceiling fan, electric oven, gas stove (2 x 3), fridge and freezer, ice maker, dish washer, , microwave, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, blender, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer, 2 hoods, store room with wine cellar. Service for 8. Gas BBQ outside by the ajoupa.

Living / Dining

Inside living in the great room, with 2 large white leather sofas for 4 persons each, ceiling fax, large flat screen television with Canal Satellite and Direct TV, DVD player, CD player. The great room opens widely on the pool deck, with ocean view. Outside living on the covered terrace facing the pool and the ocean. Large infinity heated swimming pool 13m x 4m, 1,5m deep and kids wading pool area 5m x 3m, 80cm deep. Large deck around the pools, connecting also to all 4 bedrooms, offering beautiful views over Grand Fond valley and the ocean. 8 lounge chairs.

Fitness room

Located beneath the pool, the large air conditioned fitness room includes treadmill, stepper, work-out bench, yoga mattresses, fitness balls, flat screen television with DVD player and fitness training DVDs, Ipod dock.
